The buns consist of rice plates made from domestically-produced rice, while the patty is made from “Konnik” which is a product rich in low-calorie dietary fibers developed by our company. The mayonnaise, meanwhile, uses soybean paste from Iwater Prefecture instead of eggs. It is a healthy hamburger that uses no meat or animal products; only grains and vegetables. No preservatives are used.
